The trail starts from Râușor and follows the asphalt road on the Râușor Valley to Suseni village. Entering the village, on the left, you can visit the Colţ Monastery, and on the right ridge, the ruins of Colţ Fortress. Then you descend towards Râu de Mori village and you turn left at the intersection towards Brazi. In Brazi, after you go over the bridge over Râu Mare river, you continue right towards Clopotiva, ant then Sarmizegetusa, where you can visit the Roman archaeologic site Ulpia Traiana and the archeology museum.
